Currently under construction, Memoir is an urban 6-story mixed-use project that will feature a unique combination of short and long-term apartment rentals. The 103,848 sf building will be a concrete podium and wood frame structure with 28 extended stay units and 104 R-2 dwelling units, totaling 161 beds. The complex will feature ground-floor parking, retail and amenity spaces, and an occupied roof deck. 

Expected completion is Winter 2023.
